Shipments
We offer two shipping options, Tracked 48 which is charged at £2.99 for orders under £25 and FREE for orders £25 or over. We also offer Tracked 24 which is £4.99 for orders under and just £1.99 for orders £25 or more.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are usually shipped via royal mail with tracking. If you prefer delivery by DHL an additional cost will be applied and a signature may be required, Please contact us before choosing this method. Royal Mail aims to deliver tracked 48 parcels within 3 to 4 working days and tracked 24 parcels within 1 - 2 working days. These are just estimates and can vary during busy periods like Christmas and Public holidays.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. whereas delivery fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We can advise you on postage simply email us [support@tedsteddies.co.uk]. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
